Account Manager - Locum Tenens


  • Maintain regular and ongoing dialogue and direct contact with prospects and existing clients to build relationships and influence decisions to grow USL’s locum tenens staffing solutions
  • Successful planning targets and cold calling efforts to establish new contacts within health systems
  • Negotiate according to USL’s strategy, client contracts for locum tenens placement services within identified accounts
  • Expand relationships with decision makers to build strategic partnerships
  • Develop and implement new solutions to meet client locum tenens needs
  • Meet all production and sales goals as set by leadership
  • Deliver tangible locum tenens solutions to customers
  • Conduct client site visits or attend conference events

We're looking for people who:

  • Have at least 1 to 3 years of experience managing accounts, preferably within a temporary placement / locum tenens capacity
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, preferably in a healthcare staffing related field
  • Have a strong growth mindset to lead, build trust and be highly credible
  • Have excellent negotiation, persuasion and dedication to providing customers with an outstanding experience
  • Have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Have proven success in development and sales accounts
  • Have solutions-focused approach to client management
  • Experience with ATS/CRM- Salesforce a plus
  • Have a successful track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs
